Shipping & Delivery 

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands around the world. Nothing means more to us than providing great value and service to our customers. We strive to continue to grow as we meet the needs and expectations of all our customers no matter where they are in the world.

Processing & Delivery:

How do you ship packages?

Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the USA through USPS. While our warehouses from Europe or Asia ship through our shipping partners, ePacket, EMS, DHL Express, and FedEx Express.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide FREE SHIPPING to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to due to eventual service disruptions. If you are unsure if you are in one of those countries, you may contact us with no problem.

What about customs?

We have no control and are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. When purchasing any of our products, you consent that one or more packages shipped to you may get customs fees upon arrival to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times vary by location and other factors that may be out of our hands. On average our packages arrive in 3-10 Business Days for our US residents when shipped from our US warehouses located in California, New Jersey, Maryland, and Michigan.

Kindly note that delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches. During extremely high demand situations, please allow up to 60 days delivery. However, you may receive your items sooner.

Will I receive my items all in one package?

The Creature Getup sources products from the US and other countries hence the reason why you may receive certain products earlier than others.

What if I don't qualify for Free Shipping?

To certain countries or during eventual service disruptions, a small shipping fee of $15 is expected in order to receive items. Free Shipping after $75 FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF OUR SHIPPING ZONES. Contact us with any questions and/or issues. We will try to make it right!

Do you provide a tracking number with my order?

Yes. Tracking numbers are sent through email and/or notification with every order. Although at times due to Free Shipping from our providers, tracking info may not be available.

My tracking number does not work! Says, " no information available at the moment".

Most of our shipping companies take 2-5 business days for tracking info to be updated into the system.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person(s). This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
  2. We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping details upon checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us as soon as possible.
  3. Delivery charges and minimum orders are subject to change at any time.
  4. Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents.
  5. All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Holiday Info:

✔ Be sure to place your order up to 4 weeks before any major holiday to be sure to receive your item by then. Any purchase after the provided time will not be guaranteed to be received by Holiday. Ex: December 1st is the cut-off date for the Christmas/Holiday Season although items ordered after the cut-off may get delivered sooner.

    Please Note:

    ✔ We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your state or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee's, customs or back end charges incurred. 
      ✔ We are not responsible for items once they leave the warehouse and a tracking number is provided. Therefore we are NOT responsible for delays, losses, etc. All claims about missing/damaged merchandise must be made directly with the carrier NOT us.
